Pancake filling ideas

Tomorrow we are having 3 other couples over for a Shrove Tuesday supper. One of our friends has two fab sounding grill things, which have 6 hot plates each, so everyone can cook their own.

I am going to make 2 mixtures, sweet and savoury and just put loads of toppings on the table for everyone to make their own, but this is where I need the help!

So far I've got this:
Savoury
Brie, Camembert, Chevre and Grated Cheddar
Bacon bits
Prosciutto
Spinach
Peppers

Sweet
Dark, White and Milk chocolate to melt
Nutella
Marshmallows
Strawberries, Rasberries, Banana chunks
Dulche de Leche sauce
Lemon and Sugar
Icecream
A chantilly cream thing
Marshmallows

my favourite in france is a slice of ham with a fried egg on and i think they sometimes sprinkle grated cheese over it. its called a complete

This lunchtime I am spreading a pancake or two with creme fraiche, sprinkling on a few fronds of dill and adding a couple of slices of smoked salmon.

Fold and eat.
