I have been given a tagine - what to do with it?

My neighbour gave me a tagine like this www.lakeland.co.uk/traditional-tagine/F/keyword/tagine/product/7184 and I have no idea how to use it! All the recipes I look up that are Morrocan do not seem to use one of these. HELP!

This is by far my favourite recipe so far (bought my parents a Tagine last year, and am being a very willing guinea-pig)

There are three or four other Hairy Biker recipes on that website (just search for Hairy Biker Tagine), and I've generally found the Bikers recipes to be reliable.
