Carrotsandcelery How do you do your veggie paella please?

Carrotsandcelery · 06/03/2011 17:20

Hi BelligerentGhoul I am about to update my recipe list <a class="break-all" href="//blogcarrotsandceleryrecipes.blogspot.com/2011/02/quorn-and-white-wine-stew-adapted-from.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">thing tonight so I will put it on there. Here is the link Carrotsandcelery vegetarian recipes

Carrotsandcelery · 06/03/2011 17:20

Ooops! That went horribly wrong. try again

Carrotsandcelery · 06/03/2011 18:26

The paella recipe is now up there. Thread hijack over. Blush

BelligerentGhoul · 06/03/2011 18:32

Thanks ever so - argh I don't 'do' tinned tomatoes though. I thought paella involved special rice and saffron? Nice blog though - am having a browse now. :)

Carrotsandcelery · 06/03/2011 18:45

I am sure a proper paella does involve much fancier ingredients. That one is from a very ancient cook book I had when I was a student. It would easily work without the tomatoes though and with stock as a substitute.

BelligerentGhoul · 06/03/2011 18:48

That's really useful - thanks again. :)
