Can anyone give me some ideas for meals you cook when camping?

We have a touring caravan, so there's a gas hob and small oven/grill, but we prefer to bbq or cook outside on a gas stove weather permitting.

We're me a veggie and DH and DD who eat virtually anything.

anthony warrell-thompson has written a really good barbecue book thats got lots of really easy and tasty recipes - i use it in the winter as well with the oven. not sure about vegi options as all mine eat meat

One tin corned beef cut into chunks, one tin baked beans, one tin ratatouille. Mix in a saucepan, heat and serve hot with crusty bread! Sounds disgusting but tastes good - we even eat it at home!
