Rump Steak what can I do with it?

I have a lovely piece of this and want to make something to store in freezer.

Was thinking stroganoff, but bit bored of this.

Any other suggestions?

We use rump for stirfry's

Make a marinade with (Per steak):

1 clove garlic, crushed or thinly sliced
1tsp honey or maple
2 tbls soy
decent splash of sesame oil

Marinade steaks for about 20 mins. Heat griddle (or frying) pan to super hot then cook to your liking. Nice with some sushi rice and stir fry pak choi and cucumber.

and now i've just read your op properly this is totally inappropriate for storing in the freezer!!! Tastes good though if you want to eat it!

thanks...will have to be stroganoff again I think!
