Soy mince - how long does it last once cooked?

I made spag bol with soy mince on Tuesday. Had a bit left over that I meant to put in the freezer but forgot. Would it be alright to boil it up and serve for tea for dh and ds1 tonight do you think?

I've always thought there's bugger-all in soy mince to go bad really :) Sterile-looking stuff. Anything should be OK for 3 days after cooking if it's been well refrigerated. Reheat to piping hot for dinner.

Thanks Chil that's what I figured but I've never had leftover soy mince before!

And it's a bit academic anyway Blush

I put it on to heat it through, on high to boil it up good and proper, and promptly forgot until I smelled burning Blush Shock Blush

They have pizza instead...
