Need to use up my mascarpone

I have a tub of mascarpone in the fridge that needs eating, any ideas for a quick dessert for tonight?

Mix with equal volume of ready-made custard and put in a pastry case and top with fruit or just spoon it over fresh fruit.

Or...

Melt 200g white chocolate, allow to cool a bit and stir into mascarpone and use it to make a cheesecake (crushed digestives, cocoa powder and melted butter for base) You can add other things depending on the amount of time you have, raspberries/ grated dark chocolate on top etc...

Makes a great icing for carrot cakes/cupcakes/muffins if mixed with icing sugar and a little orange or lime zest
