We have some friends coming to dinner and I think I am going to do a venison main (Finbrogue is local to us) and then a lemon tart with berry compote for pudding.
My DH kindly bought me a pasta machine for Christmas and it's great fun to use, so I thought a lightish pasta starter, maybe a ravioli? (I thought this would be easy to prepare in advance too) I haven't got any recipes I fancy though, so any recipes or ideas for something else would be really appreciated.
