cauliflower cheese with grated mozzarella?

havent got any nice strong chedder that id normally use and i cant be arsed am too busy to go to the shop but have a bag of that grated mozzarella open....

will it taste yucky?

I don't think it would be particularly nice, tbh.

I'd say only use in addition to nice strong cheddar - DH puts those little balls of mozzarella in cauli cheese, but makes the main sauce with cheddar.

Nagoo - mustard would make it more flavoursome. if i cant persuade dp to pop out later i will try it.
