Do you have any dishes that you can cook and freeze stuff in? i long to make something and then freeze defrost and reheat in the same dish but cant seem to find anything i can do this in....i have loads of dishes but they have loose lids so dont think they would stack easily!

Do you have takeaway's? If so do they come in plastic containers - i keep these to use for freezer food, any liquid stuff i use freezer bags as these can be frozen flat and Tesco have really cheap plastic containers to use HTH

Ah you mean plastic containers?

I get ones from the pound store, they are the same ones you get from take aways.

Oh not sure about one for the oven. I don't normally reheat in the microwave, after defrosting empty into saucepan or whatever I need to cook it in.

Pyrex is fab. goes in the freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven.
Obviously not a tub, but i make meals and freeze in the dish and put it inside a plastic bag.

Morrisons sell a rectangle Pyrex glass dish with a flexible plastic tight fitting lid. Bought one a few weeks ago and it was on special for £2.50!!

It's currently in my freezer full of chilli con carne!

It's safe for oven/dishwasher/freezer/oven.
