My milk was use by yesterday, would you use it to make white sauce for the kids lasagne? It tastes funny to me but milk always does even when well within date. If it helps it is M&S organic semi skimmed.

I would use it for lasagne because it will be cooked anyway.

Yes, I'd use it - you're going to boil it up anyway, then bake it. Assuming you got it home and into the fridge fairly promptly, I reckon you can bet on a couple of days after the use by date on milk anyway!
