At the moment it is red onion and goats cheese tarts, I also do alot potted shrimps (do it myslef not buy in) with melba toast.

Last time I made chicken, mozzarella and tomato filo pastry tarts with pesto. Super easy and very impressive :)

I like sharing plates, like a small version of canapes, instead of a starter. Put a variety of stuff on it, eg stuffed Peppadews ( stuffed with a Turkish rice mix or with a Philly/Boursin mix ), chargrilled chillis with mozarella on wee bruschetta etc etc.
