can I freeze this???

Hi

I have just made a stew with meatballs & various veg.

The receipe also said to put rice in to the stew to thicken it up.

I have made loads as was hoping to freeze a batch for later but am now panicking, can I freeze rice???

Yes, so long as you make sure it is fully defrosted before you reheat it, and make sure it is really piping hot before you eat it. And only reheat once, obviously :)
