You clearly haven't been on MN long enough if you haven't ever heard of Mars' Lemon Drizzle Cake. It must be in the recipe section on here, surely?

Well bloomon Nora it isn't, but there are 2 other LDC recipes on there.

Thanks for the useful replies with recipes. If I wanted a random lemon drizzle cake recipe then of course I could have googled one, if everyone relied on google the mumsnet would be a very dull place.

I wanted a recommended recipe. Thanks again to those who took the time to post with recipes, I appreciate it and I will be making one tomorrow.

Midnight- it's not showing when you search the recipe section ATM, but it is there . Marslady's lemon drizzle cake. I now see what a total hash I made of linking earlier...

What i should have said was
a) go to recipes at top of mumsnet page.
b) type 'lemon drizzle' into search
c) press send

voila, several tried and tested recommended lemon drizzle recipes by mumsnet users.
