Riverford Wash Farm boxes

I can't find a list of what's in this week';s boxes and have what looks like a green pumpkin. Has anyone got any idea what it is and what I do with it? TIA!

some sort of squash I reckon

OOh yes it is a Sweet Mama Squash and this is delicious. We had it last night with mash, parsnips, carrots, cabbage and peas and used chopped up Cauldron Lincolnshire sausage, and our guests loved it!

I used just half of the squash and it served 5 people who have good appetites.
I've made it with brown lentils instead of the beans and that's good too.

I'll probly roast the other half in chunks, with potatoes, parsnips, carrots, onions and shallots and top with haloumi cheese.

We are going to try to grow this squash variety on the allotment this year.
