I was going to say rib eye. I like rib and we got topside recently as an experiment, but it wasn't nearly so nice. The idea was to find something less fatty, but so much of the flavour is in the fat and marbling.

Try Kobe beef.
The beasties get daily beer rations, are corn fed and massaged daily.
A lifestyle to envy, I'd say....

The meat is most succulent and never have I seen finer marbling. Cheers, I suppose!?

We tried Topside, which wasn't half as tender but maybe we didn't let it rest for long enough.
Will try Kobe next time
