Made this sauce today then plans changed so I decided to pour it over the raw chicken legs I have in a dish and leave it for 24 hours to marinade. Will this work or will it turn out shite?
I know in his it is a sauce and he cooks the chicken first but figured it is basically a marinade really.
Am feeding me and a friend tomorrow so don't want to cock up entirely!
