meatballs on courgette ribbons
courgette carbonara (courgette ribbons instead of pasta)
sausages with leek and cheese sauce
gammon and cauliflower cheese

my staple low carb meals are:

chicken breast in a creamy sauce with roasted veggies (pepper/courgette/red onion etc)

steak and salad

lamb/pork chops with broccoli, green beans, spinach, peas and gravy!

omelette with leftovers in it and salad
