Is it ok to eat?

Made a sausage and fennel pasta sauce on Fri for me and the DH. Put left over in fridge. Was going to give it to the kids for tea tonight (suitably heated through and with pasta). Will it be ok or will I kill them??

Personally, no I would not. If I am understanding correctly that it was cooked 6 days ago.

I may be a little biassed in that I am suffering from a D&V bug that my kids brough home. No more sick!!
