Faggots, home made! My new best ever mince recipe. Get over the name and the reputation(they are not full of lips and arseholes as my dear friend used to say), they are soooooo good, dead easy and cheap as chips. Spread the word.

We eat mince at least once a week. Cheap, even when it is good quality eg Welsh Black Beef or local lamb, and tasty.
