Pressure Cooker

I have finally bought a lovely new pressure cooker!

I have fond memories of my mum making great soups when I was little - cooking up chicken carcasses and bones with veggies... to make the most fantasic soups.

I am now looking at it - what shall I make? Any recipes?

They are good for any sort of soup or casserole - no need to adapt the recipe, only the final cooking time which for casseroles will be around 20 minutes and 5-10 minutes for soups. The big no no is putting too little liquid in.
The only other things I use mine for is to soften oranges for marmalade making and to cook a christmas pudding.
