Really boring question about tinned Tuna

Does anyone know which is the healthiest option in terms of tinned tuna for kids? Should I get it in oil, brine or spring water? Does it matter?

TIA

I would say oil or wArer as they are less salty than brine

I would think that tuna in spring water is the healthiest option

brine isnt recommended for children as it is too salty. I would say that the spring water would be healthiest.

Be careful eating local tinned tuna in hot countries. I had a severe anaphylactic-like reaction to tinned tuna in Malta. Apparently it is quite common there and is due to tuna being mechanically processed in warm conditons which causes a chemical reaction to produce a substance which resembles histamine.
