Lamb koftas

Does anyone have a decent recipe for lamb kofta/kebab type things?

Harissa paste is brilliant for anything like that. Minced lamb, nice pinch of cumin, onion, garlic, dollop of harissa, quick whizz up and make into meatballs or patties or on a stick/skewer. Grill, bake, fry, bbq or cook gently in a spicey tomato sauce. Serve with yoghurt mixed with grated (then squeezed out) cucumber, salt, pepper, tiny bit or minced garlic and loads of chopped fresh mint/corriender/dill. Delish.

Ooh thanks. I have got most of that stuff. Will Tesco sell harissa paste?

Pretty sure they will, somewhere near the spices or in the foreign bit.
