I Have to make a Corned Beef Hash for 40 people for a social night where lots of alcohol will be consumed!. Does anyone have a good Recipe?
Does anyone any tips at all ? I need help with quantities mainly, ie how much potato/beef I need to buy!
Its for a charity evening, and we need to keep costs v low, so really dont want to make too much!
Any help would be very gratefully received. Ive never catering in such large quanities before :)
