Another mince question.. will my mince be ok?

It's been defrosting in the fridge since yesterday morning. It wasn't defrosted in time for tea last night. Will it still be ok tonight?

Does it look and smell OK? If so, then yes, it will be fine. Just cook it thoroughly as you would normally.
