cold roast duck

I have nearly half a roast duck left over, and absolutely no idea what do with it! 2 adults, 2 small children to feed with it.

Any ideas? Please :)

Duck chow mein? It's game, not chicken, so can be reheated. Fry off an onion, a pepper and anythig else to hand, add oyster sauce and the shredded duck and stir fry till warm through.
Add some egg noodles that have been prepped as per the packet, stir fry some more and then eat.
Can also add chilli/ginger etc if they're i the cupboard...

Thanks for ideas :) Will have to avoid the salad one, DP will look in horror at "rabbit food" But the stir fry is ace idea - and uses up any other bits and pieces I can find, thanks!
