What are your fave muffin recipies?

I just have a basic muffin recipe and then add whatever is in the cupboard! I quite like a mix of choc and fruit so you get the yum of the choc but some good stuff in there too, eg. raspberry and white choc (frozen raspberries!), dark choc and apricot, or banana and choc. Bannana bran muffins with some raisins and choc drops thrown in are also good. Can you sense a pattern?

Chocolate and chilli.
Orange and ginger.
