Recipe says garlic,
egg white, cornflour
ginger
lime juice,
then mix it al up with chicken before stirfrying...

smells very weird, will it taste ok do you think?

Having a bit of a come dine with me tonight, never made this dish before....

im shite a cooking and everything goes wrong, despit efollowing recipes...

What's it meant to be? Chinese? Thai? Does it have a name? Depends what cook book you've got it from as to whether or not it works - some are good, some are bad. Good luck though!
