Left over from Christmas, goes out of date at the end of the month.

What shall I DO with it?

Make a trifle, I think there is a recipe on BBC good food.

Otherwise slather it with butter and eat it instead of bread or toast.

Bread and butter pudding?

Lighlty toast and spread with lemon curd (or lemon cheese if you are posh!)

Or make a v tasty bread and butter pudding with it.

Oo, bread and butter pudding sounds good.

Is it nice toasted and spread with butter? Sort of posh fruit toast kind of thing? Sounds like breakfast tomorrow morning is sorted.
