SMA toddler milk - 'side effects'?

Ok, this is not really a 'food' question but wasn't sure where else to put it!
I have recently changed from the red top follow on milk to the green top toddler milk as my DD has turned one. I have also been introducing cows milk.

Over the last couple of days she has hed diarrhea, having to change her nappy nearly every hour poor thing.

Has any one evry experienced a problem when changing milk? I have cut out the cows milk thinking it could be that, but no difference - so wondering if it is her tummy getting used to the different formula milk?

It could of course just be a tummy bug....!

it could well be a tummy bug, or a reaction to the change in milk, but really, no need for toddler milk, it's a money-making exercise by the formula companies

Agree with BALD- as long as they're eating a healthy diet then just cow's milk is fine. If you do want to use toddler milk though, maybe try a different brand and see if it makes a difference. It could just be a tummy bug like you say- toddler's pick up alsorts.
