Leftover cooked porridge

Anyone got an ideas of what I can do with it?

We've done smoothies, porridge pancakes, stuffing mix, fishcakes, put sweet stuff in it to have like rice pudding and haven't got a breadmaker for porridge bread.

Can you use it for flapjack, muffins and bread pudding? If so has anyone got recipes?

You could adapt it to make Birchermuesli with some extra milk in there and so on. See my blog for the recipe.

how much have you got (or do you have the magic porridge pot at home?)

That sounds like a pretty exhaustive list already. Where is all coming from...the magic porridge pot!

x posts there.

porridge pancakes - bleurgh! why don't you just serve it as tomorrow's porridge for breakfast? in a tub in the fridge and reheat it in the morning... if it's not enough for a full portion, make slightly less of the next portion and heat the leftover stuff in the microwave.

Lol I haven't made all that today, just things I have made in the past with it!
