Aargh! Got frozen ones from the chinese supermarket but there are no instructions on the packaging to tell me how to cook them. Do I microwave them or what? How long for and how do I know when they are ready? Help me someone or the kids will starve.

I just steam them for a couple of minutes until they're soft.

it depends on the type, some you lightly fry until they are brown on both sides.
If they are the very thin ones for Duck then you steam them. if they are thick and have spring onions or something in then you fry them...
Good luck with that :)

Thankyou both. Well it was a bit of a disaster. I microwaved them but got the timings wrong so they were an interesting singed texture. Never mind. I'll get some more and try again as everyone loved the roast duck.
