Mine is a blt on white bagel with mayo and black pepper....

Chilled tuna and mayo, love it

Leftover chicken or hot crispy bacon on a white crusty roll with avocado, mayo and pesto.

Or brie and grape

Poached salmon with dill sour cream dressing & cucumber on sour dough

Ham salad on white bread

In my dreams I own a sandwich shop.

cheese and tomato little bit of mayonaise, sounds dull I know but is gorgeous

Tiger tail baguette, warmed in the oven, smothered with real butter, and stuffed full of extra mature white cheddar and branston pickle belly grumbles

Pain de Mie with lemon houmous and grilled peppers...yum yum

Egg mayo and cress on granary.

DD1 loves egg mayo and cress too, but it is practically impossible to buy wee boxes of cress in Cork. She substitutes chives.

Ooh, it's very easy to grow [pre-school].
Packet of seeds, sprinkle a few onto damp cotton-wool put on windowledge for a few days (keeping moist0. Et voila.
For added excitement you can grow it in an empty eggshell.

We can never get the right size of cress from seeds, only very inferior small leaf cress .

I adore sandwiches and would much rather eat them than normal meals.

Corned beef, chedder and pickled gurkins on toasted white... Crispy chicken, spicy green olives and mayo bagette... Ploughmans toasty bagette... O gosh i could go on and on tis just too hard to pick one favourite! I too could happily live on sandwiches

Camembert, turkey and cranberry sauce on white very crusty baguette - perfect for using up leftovers at Christmas time.

Also, for a trip down memory lane to my Uni days, the cheapest white bread, spread with butter, with 3 fish fingers in it and ketchup - washed down with whichever lager was on offer at Jacksons.

Coronation chicken - love it!

Or, a recipe from way back which is a sure fire way to OD on cholestral (sp?)

Put in bowl, add sweetcorn and loads of mayo to the still-hot meat
Spread onto sandwich
