mini key-lime pies from the Domestic Goddess book? If so, will they keep fresh for a couple of days after they're made.

Yes and yes, in the fridge in a sealed box. but if you are putting curls of lime on the top don't do it until they are needed

Not sure - I actually mad them for a nursery sale along with the brownies, and millionaires shortbread, and completely forgot to eat one!
