hi
how long will made up egg mayo keep for in the fridge? At the moment I'm making it the night before for DD's packed lunch, but use it up the same day. Wondering how much more i could be making...

id say 2 -3 days should be fine if covered etc in fridge

Just googled the same question and this thread came up :) should have know mumsnet would have the answer! Tying to decide wether or not to eat the egg mayo I made on thursday night? Decisions decisions...

Boiled egg will keep in the fridge for several days, mayonaise once opened will keep in the fridge for several weeks, so I see no reason why by putting them together they will go off in 24 hours.

I would say 3-4 days.
