Chickens dead cheap because of bird flu!

I got a big free-range chicken in the supermarket here (france) yeaterday for about £4.00

are they cheaper in UK too?

not really. tbh we survibed BSE beef, are we gonna let bird flu bother us*

Dp brought chicken in for diner last night, I just couldnt face it after watching the news all day. Not sure how much he paid for it, but I wonder if the whole thing is putting other people off too?

I'm not going to let a piddly liddle deadly virus put me off a bargain!

At the moment the virus is only deadly to birds, NOT us humans!
