Hiya, i've just opened a pack of raw tesco chicken breast (with grated cheese on top and a pack of ham sauce) and it smells a bit funny. The use by date is tomorrow, would you cook this? It is for DD aged 3 and DS aged 2. I would presume it would be ok with it being within date but the smell just made me wonder?

If it smells cheesey I'd cook it!

I posted about a Tesco chicken that i bought being off and being within date.
The consensus was that i shouldn't eat it.

I emailed tesco about it and they gave me a £10 gift card.

I don't know what is smells of? maybe it was the smell of the ham sauce or maybe chicken does sometimes smell funny when it is enclosed in packaging.

Waiting for someone to ask if it smells foul Smile
