When to freeze? After cooking for a while or just after you have made it up? I am trying to be organised!

Either! I think it would be better frozen before you cook it though. Reheated lasagne always seems a little dry. I admire your organisation.

I freeze after cooking, but I always make it wetter if I know it's going to be frozen.

I'd freeze it after cooking. I always find it freezes fine.

Thanks all. Returning to work tomorrow after 13 months mat leave. Am filling the freezer, will prob add some extra tomato sauce. This organisation will last approx one week, then it will be back to pasta and pesto every night!
