Chicken pasta ... how do I make?

I've never really made chicken pasta before, but I've got some left over chicken and kids haven't had pasta for a while.

I've got double cream and Philadelphia in too. Any recipes would be gratefully received - thanks!

Id like to know this too, Ive got the pasta and philly but no chicken!

I just thought you kind of bunged it all in together and stirred.

I'd fry off an onion and some garlic, then when it's soft, add in some chopped mushrooms and sautee for a little. Put in a little chicken stock and the cooked chicken and let it reduce for a minute then add in the cream or philly or a bit of both, wouldn't matter. Then some grated parmesan. Boil your pasta with some broccoli or peas and when that's cooked, stir in your sauce. If they like hers you could put some chopped herbs in - chives would be lovely or for a more grown up flavour some tarragon. If your chicken isn't cooked add it after the onion and garlic is cooked and sautee til nearly cooked through then carry on. Would work with just mushrooms or a bit of bacon instead of chicken.
