Can i freeze risotto

I did fay ripleys risotto today and have loads left. Can i freeze it?

Technically speaking, it's not a good idea to freeze and reheat cooked rice because it can contain certain bacteria which are not killed by reheating. However, wasting food is a terrible shame and you might think it's worth the risk on this occasion.

I freeze it lots, you've just got to do it straight away.

Ive done my meal plan for the week but i might just have this again tomorrow for lunch and next time half the recipe since its just me and dd that eats it. Think the twins are maybe a bit young at 7 months but feel free to tell me if they can have it
