Milk for bedtime?

Hi all, new to this! :)
I was just wondering does anyone know of any 'bedtime' milk suitable for 12 months? Baby is not sleeping well since we've changed his milk to toddler milk, so I am hoping it is just the milk and this isn't his new sleeping pattern!
any help would be greatly appretiated. Thanks

My son is 18 months. We've just used cow's milk from 12 months.

I'd love to use cows milk as it would be a lot easier on my purse.. but have the same problem with this too! He'll drink cows milk in the day but cant settle with it in the night.

What about a snack too, a piece of toast or biscuit or something?

cows milk should be fine, and MUCH cheaper
