Anybody have a silken tofu recipe please?

Just keeping this bumped, as I wouldn't mind a recipe.

I bought some silken tofu by mistake ages ago. I tried making a smoothie but my DS refused it, I can't say it tasted very nice. I might have a browse on a vegan website as they may have some ideas.

I do something like this quite often but usually with minced pork. Use mushrooms (preferably dried shiitake) if vegetarian.
