Ok, was thinking of a spinach and riccotta canelloni thing next week...

Can i cook lasagne and 'roll it' into tubes (will that work)

Or will it be too fiddly, so i should go and buy canneloni tubes? (if so where do i get them (empty) I dont recall seeig them with pasta at supermarkets (but then again never looked either!)

you can but the tubes in stors, usually dried or you can buy the 'fresh' lasagne sheets and roll them and then stuff them. same principle as making lasgne except stuffing instead of layering. and then cover with a tomato based sauce and then the white sauce and cheese and bake.

I bought dried canelloni tubes yonks ago, they were with all the other dried pasta packs. Seem to remember they were a bit of a scutter but worked out well enough.

I would definately roll lasagna into tubes iiwy as I find the canneloni tubes to fiddly to stuff without using a piping bag

Why not make spinach and ricotta lasagne?
