1. Is quite special- its for valentines day

1. Makes just enough for two (don't want loads left over)

1. Pref. uses in season fruit (if it includes fruit!)

I made a chocolate trifle at the weekend. You could make two individual ones. Use choc sponge base, a fruit centre with red fruits slightly cooked down in sugar syrup, sherry and perhaps some arrow root to thicken it. Another thin sponge cover, little homemade custard with chocolate mixed it. A small blob of cream.
