Chicken breast recipe please by 6!!

Hello,

not good in the kitchen but willing to try.

would like to do something with the chicken for tonights dinner ( would like to serve at 6.30 ) so know im not giving alot of time, if theres no recommendations I will just improvise and hold you all responsible if it goes wrong

This is what I have for the chicken, can use all or none

Chicken breast
eggs
breadcrumbs
garlic
flour
red onion
few herbs
tomatoe puree
tin of tomatoes
Gravy
soy sauce. barbecue sauce red/brown sauce

Thats it I think.

Chicken Parmigiana

Might need to adapt a little if you don't have parmesan/mozzarella but I reckon you'd be fine to leave cheese off or just use cheddar.

I cut mine into strips, toss in olive oil and soy sauce and sometimes a dribble of honey, bake in a hot oven for about 25 mins, serve with noodles or rice and stir fry veggies.

They are also nice wrapped in bacon and baked, and/or stuffed with philadelphia cheese.

Or crush up cornflakes, cut the chicken breasts into strips, dip in beaten egg and then roll in the crushed cornflakes and bake - makes sort of crunchy chicken goujons.
