Am looking for a biscuit recipe to use with cutters. Please

I would love to make heart shaped biscuits for this weekend and to use my new cutters.

Does anyone have a really tasty recipe that i could use with cutters.

Anything will be apprecaited.

I would just do a basic 1-2-3 shortbread recipe - ie 1 part sugar, 2 parts butter, 3 parts plain flour. You can add cherries, caraway seed, lemon zest or whatever you fancy.

you roll it out between two layers of cling film and chill it in the fridge before cutting.
