Freezing Chicken

Hi. We have several packets of chicken breasts and mini chicken breast fillets. I'm keeping out (in the fridge) the packet I'll need to make for dinner tomorrow night and am going to freeze a packet but have a packet I was going to use to make chicken strips/bites for BabyScout (flour/egg/breadcrumbs). Was hoping to make the whole packet at once, keep what he might have during this week (probably lunch one day and dinner at the end of the week) and freeze the rest. But there is my question -- can I safely freeze coated & cooked chicken? If so, what is then the best way to cook it?

Thanks for your tips!

Yes sure you can

i have several times, i just put them in freezer bags and heat in a hot oven for about 20mins or so from frozen

Thanks nannyl! Do you recommend wrapping them before putting them in the freezer bags?

i just stick in freezer bags, squeeze out the air and seal with a plastic bag clip thing
