Isn't it funny what reading something on here will make you buy.

I was in Sainsbury's yesterday, and saw a slow cooker on offer - down from £30 to £8.99!

It is now here Grin

So, I want to cook a sausage casserole type thing, but am not sure if it will work, or what I am supposed to do, so am hoping someone in the know can help me (pretty please).

The ingedients are:

Half an onion
Sausages
1 tin of beans
1 tin of tomatoes
1 oxo cube
Good glug of worcester sauce

Do I just brown the sausages, then bung it all in and hope for the best?

Thanks in advance Grin

Thank you Grin

How long do you think I should do it for?

It has to be worth a go. With a 22 month old, and an 11 week old, evenings can be interesting Wink so if it makes life easier I'll try it.

a joint of brisket is to die for in the slow cooker it just falls apart great for a mid week tea with salad and potato wedges
