I'm in a bit of a lunch rut so would love some ideas for quick & easy lunches my 2-year old DS & I can eat together. At the moment we have mainly:

Eggs - scrambled, boiled
Pasta
Pizza / cheese on toast
Beans on toast
Sometimes sandwiches, but the only kind he'll eat is ham.

Mine loves soup, could have various things to dip in it.

I'm joining the thread 'cos I have the same difficulty and sadly have nothing to add! Except that I'll often cook more dinner so we can have leftovers (spag bol for eg).

Sometimes we have soup with bread/toast for dipping.

crumpets
muffins
crackers
breadsticks
croissants

Try different things on top/to dip in cream cheese, houmous, refried beans, guacamole, grated cheese.

Then there are toasties, french toast, udong noodles are fun too; we call'em worms.
