I think pasta is easiest for tea. I would like to use up at least two of:
- Leeks
- Runner Beans
- 1/2 pack of mascarpone
I wouldn't mind using up:
I have:
- onions
- lemons
- tomato passata
- tinned chopped tomato
- sundried tomato paste
- probably lots of other relevant stuff
Any suggestions? I'm rubbish with both leeks and runner beans, so somewhat stuck.
